He was showing two units in a building and immediately took the opportunity to make myself and my girlfriend feel really welcome. To my surprise, within the hour after leaving the open house Elio had emailed me with other condo listings and a real genuine interest in wanting to work together to find me the right unit. Throughout the next few weeks we saw 20+ listings together and never did I feel pressure to commit or concede to anything that wasn't 100% what I wanted. I know looking back I was a stubborn buyer with certain must's I wasn't going to budge on and even when I temporarily committed to buying a unit and changed my mind because of one of my non bendable rules I got nothing but understanding from Elio. Over two years later we remain friends in contact and I have a perfect condo that I still love. The best thing for me about Elio is that he was committed to the city and community I was looking to live in since he lived there himself!

Like seriously, that's unheard of in this market! He is super motivated to help you, will go to great lengths, always positive and knows when to be a shark when negotiating on your behalf. I appreciated he didn't leave us high and dry after the sale went through. He kept in touch and helped us with strata stuff and stuff for our renos. He's definitely an expert for New West; aware of everything going on in the market, but also the lower mainland. I even heard he offered to scout out homes on Vancouver Island for my mom's friend who lived abroad. Like this guy will go to great lengths to help you. He was our agent for our condo purchase and again two years later when we completed the renos and were ready to sell. Always helpful -a confident realtor who knows the market and is ready with good advice for both buyers and sellers. When selling we like to hear from our agent regularly and Elio could be counted on to give us feedback on viewings and open houses right away.
